ECHO gør det muligt at foretage og rapportere omfattende kundetilfredshedsmålinger i ‘real-time’.

Dataindsamlingen foregår på tilpassede terminaler, resultaterne analyseres i Shoptimizers online portal og rapporteres omgående på en tilpasset skærmløsning i personalerummet. Grundet bl.a. det omfattende datagrundlag kan resultaterne af ECHO anvendes som en kvantitativ og pålidelig indikator på virksomheders performance ift. kundetilfredshed.

ECHO løsningen sikrer kort sagt, at samtlige kundebesvarelser registreres, analyseres og rapporteres allerede inden kunden forlader forretningen.
